CANCELLAZIONI
In caso di cambiamento di idea, è possibile contattarci all'indirizzo sales@meriwoolart.com per richiedere la cancellazione dell'ordine. La richiesta verrà elaborata e, se l'ordine non è ancora stato spedito, potremo cancellare l'ordine e rimborsare il pagamento. Non possiamo garantire il buon esito della cancellazione, poiché cerchiamo di spedire gli ordini il più rapidamente possibile.
QUAL È LA GARANZIA E LA POLITICA DI RESTITUZIONE DEI PRODOTTI?
Siamo convinti della qualità dei nostri prodotti e ci assicuriamo che siano ben protetti durante la spedizione. Ma non siamo contenti se non siete soddisfatti. Per questo motivo, offriamo una garanzia di rimborso incondizionato di 365 giorni. Se cambiate idea quando ricevete il prodotto, potete restituirlo per un rimborso completo entro 365 giorni dal giorno della consegna, a condizione che la merce sia inutilizzata, nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'avete ricevuta e nella confezione originale. Tuttavia, le spese di spedizione per la restituzione e la rispedizione sono a carico del cliente.

COSA ACCADE SE HO RICEVUTO UN ARTICOLO DANNEGGIATO?
Ci assicuriamo che ogni prodotto venga spedito in un imballaggio ben protetto. Tuttavia, a volte queste cose accadono! Saremo lieti di sostituire qualsiasi articolo difettoso o rotto. Vi preghiamo di contattarci entro 5 giorni dalla consegna per ricevere le istruzioni per la restituzione. Quando si invia l'articolo, questo deve essere inutilizzato e nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato ricevuto. Vi chiederemo delle fotografie per aiutarci ad accertare il problema e assicurarci di evitare che si ripeta in futuro. I rimborsi o le sostituzioni di articoli danneggiati non saranno effettuati se non segnalati entro 5 giorni dalla consegna del prodotto. I rimborsi per merce difettosa o danneggiata saranno effettuati tramite PayPal o sulla stessa carta bancaria con cui è stato effettuato il pagamento dell'acquisto.
