TRACKING All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us at sales@meriwoolart.com if you have not received a tracking number for your order.
DELIVERY TIMES
If in stock and not on pre-order all orders will be processed and dispatched within the next business day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days in Europe, 10 business days - the US and the rest of the world. In the unlikely event that your order has taken longer than the above delivery times, please feel free to email sales@meriwoolart.com we will investigate your case.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to change of mind, you may contact us at sales@meriwoolart.com to request cancellation after placing an order. Your request will be processed and if the order is not yet dispatched, we will be able to cancel your order and refund the payments. We cannot guarantee successful cancellation since we try to dispatch orders as promptly as we can.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
We make sure that each product is being shipped in well-protected packaging. Yet sometimes these things happen! We will happily replace any defective or broken items. Please contact us about the issue within 5 days of delivery for return instructions. When sending the item back, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will ask you for photographs to help us ascertain the problem and make sure we prevent it from happening in the future. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will not be made if not reported within 5 days of delivery of the product to you. Refunds for faulty or damaged goods will be made via PayPal or to the same bank card you made the payment for your purchase.
