We make sure that each product is being shipped in well-protected packaging. Yet sometimes these things happen! We will happily replace any defective or broken items. Please contact us about the issue within 5 days of delivery for return instructions. When sending the item back, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will ask you for photographs to help us ascertain the problem and make sure we prevent it from happening in the future.
