QUE FAIRE SI J'AI REÇU UN ARTICLE ENDOMMAGÉ ?
Nous nous assurons que chaque produit est expédié dans un emballage bien protégé. Pourtant, il arrive parfois que ces choses se produisent ! Nous serons heureux de remplacer tout article défectueux ou cassé. Veuillez nous contacter au sujet du problème dans les 5 jours suivant la livraison pour obtenir des instructions de retour. Lorsque vous renvoyez l'article, il doit être inutilisé et dans le même état que lorsque vous l'avez reçu. Nous vous demanderons de nous fournir des photos pour nous aider à déterminer le problème et nous assurer que cela ne se reproduira pas à l'avenir. Les remboursements ou remplacements d'articles endommagés ne seront pas effectués s'ils ne sont pas signalés dans les 5 jours suivant la livraison du produit. Les remboursements de produits défectueux ou endommagés seront effectués via PayPal ou sur la même carte bancaire que celle utilisée pour le paiement de votre achat.
