Si cambia de opinión cuando recibe el producto, puede devolverlo para obtener un reembolso completo en un plazo de 365 días a partir del día de la entrega, siempre que los productos no hayan sido utilizados, estén en las mismas condiciones en que los recibió y en su embalaje original. Sin embargo, tenga en cuenta que los gastos de envío de la devolución y el reenvío corren por su cuenta.

¿QUÉ PASA SI RECIBO UN ARTÍCULO DAÑADO?
Nos aseguramos de que cada producto se envíe en un embalaje bien protegido. Sin embargo, ¡a veces estas cosas pasan! Estaremos encantados de sustituir cualquier artículo defectuoso o roto. Póngase en contacto con nosotros en un plazo de 5 días a partir de la entrega para recibir instrucciones de devolución. Cuando envíe el artículo de vuelta, debe estar sin usar y en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibió. Le pediremos fotografías para ayudarnos a determinar el problema y asegurarnos de evitar que ocurra en el futuro. No se efectuarán reembolsos o sustituciones de artículos dañados si no se informa de ello en los 5 días siguientes a la entrega del producto. Los reembolsos por artículos defectuosos o dañados se harán a través de PayPal o a la misma tarjeta bancaria con la que se realizó el pago de la compra.
